Our client, a well establishes and acquisitive family-backed Private Equity fund, is looking for an investment manager (m/f/d). This is a unique opportunity to work on significant transactions with one of the most active and entrepreneurial investment team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on the full life cycle of an investment and be given a great deal of autonomy and responsibility, combined with a very strong compensation package.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform fundamental industry research and financial analysis
- Perform leveraged buyout (LBO) valuations
- Analysing and assessing investment ideas/potential investments
- Structure, coordinate and execute all due diligence work streams
- Preparing material for the presentation of investment opportunities to the Investment Committee
- Monitoring portfolio companies and prepare portfolio updates
